Egemen Egemenoglu graduated from Koc University law school in 2009. He earned a master’s degree in law from George Washington University in 2010. Following the completion of his law degree, he gained valuable experience working in leading law firms in Washington, DC, where he focused primarily on large-scale commercial disputes within the pharmaceutical, energy, infrastructure, and financial industries.

Egemen Egemenoğlu is actively involved in arbitration procedures governed by UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, and AAA rules. His practice focuses on representing clients in various legal matters, including international construction contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and international energy disputes.

His noteworthy experience encompasses the successful representation of a Turkish contractor in a significant dispute over an infrastructure renewal project in Afghanistan against the US Corp of Engineers. In addition to his distinguished legal practice, Egemenoğlu has made noteworthy contributions to academia, sharing his expertise as a lecturer on International Business Law at the International Law Institute in Washington, DC.
