Our litigation lawyers have been involved in several key proceedings in the Turkish and global market, some of them are as follows:

Advising a large Turkish bank in conjunction with an ICSID dispute for the protection of a $90 million guarantee it had provided for the construction of a highway in Pakistan.

Representing 12 Turkish construction companies with BIT claims amounting to over $200 million against a Central Asian government.

Prosecuting the claims of two separate Turkish companies with BIT claims in ICSID and the UNCITRAL Rules, respectively.

Pursing the $20 million claim of a Turkish subcontractor against a US contractor in a USAID project utilizing a FIDIC contract for the construction of a highway in Afghanistan.

Representing a construction subcontractor against the prime in a US Corps of Engineers Project in Afghanistan.

Defending an Irish contractor against a US subcontractor from claims arising out of the renovation of a Washington, DC area airport.

Representing a giant Turkish construction company against government of Turkmenistan with BIT claims amounting over $50 million in ICSID regarding a construction project of an oil refinery.

Representing a giant Turkish construction company against government of Turkmenistan with BIT claims amounting over $200 million in ICSID regarding a construction project of roads and infrastructure.
