Your professional development at Egemenoglu may begin as a trainee at the firm. Our internship program helps our firm to observe your legal and communication skills and how you apply these on certain legal circumstances.
While many of our associates start their careers at Egemenoglu following to their graduation, a large number of experienced attorneys join the firm as well after working at other law firms or in companies. Depending on the required needs of our firm and its practice areas, Egemenoglu hires accomplished attorneys at various experience levels.
Egemenoglu career path has a more structured approach with clearly defined roles and job levels from trainee to partner. By having such a structured oriented approach we believe that each stage of your development should be a natural progression and challenge you appropriately.
